Hi, I am having my implants removed next month and have been warned that they may be flat with no volume at the top of my breasts. I want to be implant free but scar really badly so cannot have a usual lift. I was an 34A and went to a C. I have breastfeed two children and am 26. Do you have any advice?

If you lack volume this can only be replaced by an implant or by moving breast tissue. If appropriate the latter would leave extra scarring. Removing the implant will take the breast back to its original volume.

The best way to enhance the breast tissue is with implants. However if you do not like the idea of implants and are hesitant about having a breast uplift then you may be a good candidate for serial lipofilling to the breasts. This involves transferring fat from elsewhere into your breasts over a number of operations depending on what size you wish to achieve.

This is a common post-baby problem. You do not say why you're having implants removed but, if it's your choice to remain implant-free, then you might like to consider fat transfer to breasts.
This procedure has become a lot more predictable with the latest application for the Body-Jet device.
Fat is removed from the belly or thighs in such a way that the fat cells are preserved to a level never seen before, and are effectively preserved, so they can be safely injected in the breasts, giving women an extra cup size - that lasts.
This will become an effective way for women to boost a cup size without implants - and get some body sculpting at the same time! You will need to have an area of excess fat in order to be a candidate though!
